Inquiries regarding the delivery of your order, please follow this link XXXX. Please note that once (your order is delivered, it ) dispatched your parcel is handled by a 3rd party delivery service and Daniela Moeller are unable to control the progress of your delivery.

After making your purchase you will receive an email “”Order Confirmation””. As soon as we have it ready, you will receive a “”Shipping Confirmation”” email indicating that your order has been shipped.

You can track your parcel using the tracking information sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. Please check your SPAM folder if you are having trouble locating this email.

The garment must be in its original labelling and must be in the same condition. You have 14 days from the day when you receive your item to ask for your return label on our homepage on the link “Return”.
